Dear Doctor: I had a light postcoital spotting last Friday, and no pain during the activity, but with lower back pain till today. Two weeks ago, I felt a little itching. I had a normal pap smear and no any STDs and HIV infection in last December. My baby was naturally delivered in last July. I am 43. Could you please give any suggestions about my case?

You seem to have an infection. It could be a fungal or bacterial infection, does not fall under STD. please see your local gynaecologist
