Post starr surgery ejaculation problem

I have undergone the stapler trans rectal resection (S.T.A.R.R) surgery 5days ago and since then I am unable to ejaculate and the erection is also not to its fullest extent. Is it normal? And if yes how long would it take to come back to normal? And when should I see a doctor for the same?Please help

Yes some time transient nerves injury happened which takes weeks to month to resolve.  Wait for some time atlest 4 wk . Start kegel excercises after one wks.
