Post operation complications of PCNL

Medium size blood clots along with fever of 99 to 101 F and pain in urine discharge. Everytime blood comes in the urine after 15 days of PCNL surgery. Stent is also placed inside. Kindly suggest what to do?

Symptoms you mentioned here are quite often seen when you have a stent inside apart from fever which denotes infection...
