Post op Gynecomastia concerns

Further to my Gynecomastia surgery on 11th Nov, I am currently experiencing more mass on my left breast than on my right. It has been just three days after the surgery, but the concern is can the swelling be more on one side and will it go away upon constant massaging. Also would like to know if there is any reference video for performing massage in the right way. Thanks in advance.
