Can sinarest be taken after covid vaccination (Covishield) if one has fever and headache? I was not able to sleep last night because of fever, headache and body ache. Please advise. I have sinarest and crocin 650 at home.

Symptoms maximally occurs between 2 to ,5 days after vaccination.. nothing to worry.. Take paracetamol twice a day for 3 days.. Strictly avoid painkillers...
