Hello sir/madam I am recently recovered from covid...now i m daily suffering from headache and weakness...plz suggest some medicine...thanks in advance.

Tab No cold one tab as and when required, should give you some symptomatic relief. If the head is persisting or is changing the character after a week of treatment initiation, you will need to get further tests done.
