I have done circumcision on January 28th , I have BXO ,in my case they have used Stapler+stitches, penis basal side is changed into red colour,i have attached picture,almost one month over but still red Ness remains same, every day morning, evening cleaning Derma dew soap with hot water but red Ness is not decreasing please can  you suggest what should i
