21 year old female i've recently found a post auricular mass first it was tender , i was told to use antibiotics ointment and warm fomentation and i did . it reduced in size but now it's not any more tender and still present it was not an abscess , i think it's enlarged lymph node as i'm a 4th year medical student in Cairo Uni . it's hard in consistency 1.5 cm in diameter the mastoid is not tender and i have no hearing problems no fever . nothing wrong except it
