I've had all the symptoms of an early miscarriage but my period came almost two months later is that normal ? And how can i know forsure if it was a miscarriage?

Dear Practo user, It is not possible to say retrospectively about the diagnosis unless pregnancy test was done at that time. If you have not had delayed periods earlier, most probably it was a miscarriage.
