I've been on Nexplanon for 2 years, & no longer have a monthly period (aside from some light spotting every now & then). I was sexually active about 4 weeks ago. For two days, I've had extreme lower back pain & terrible cramping. I have a 4y/o son, & the cramps are similar to early labor. With that, I've been expelling blood and prune-like clots.
