Back in 2018, he underwent coronary angiography which showed 2–3 blockages (we don't have exact percentages documented now), but he opted not to undergo stenting or bypass at that time. Since then, he's been on medication-based management and remained symptom-free. Echocardiogram: LVEF 60%, no wall motion abnormality, Mild (Grade I) diastolic dysfunction, Trivial MR/TR, Overall structurally normal heart Resting ECG: Completely normal, No ST-T abnormalities, axis and intervals all fine Blood work: CBC, lipids, LFTs all within normal limits TMT (Treadmill Test): Completed full Bruce protocol: 9 mins, 10.1 METs, Positive for inducible ischemia, ST depressions in inferolateral leads during peak exercise and recovery, No angina or arrhythmia during the test, BP rose from 140/90 to 170/100
