Positive pregnancy test

2021-06-19 05:25:07
Hi, I'm one week pregnant, tested with a kit. I had two miscarriages and doctor says that might be due to pcod. I have not started any treatment for that and wanted to try this time before planning any treatment and hoping for the best. I have several doubts on my diet and exercise. I'm not sure if I need to take more fruits or be on a very strict diet inorder to avoid miscarriage. Please clarify my doubts

With history of two abortions, as soon as you have confirmed pregnancy this time, start taking treatment with folic acid supplement and progesterone support and ANC blood investigations. Also traveling, heavy lifting and intercourse are to be avoided.
