Poor vision(Myopia),can't read for long.

I am facing short-sightedness, poor vision and seeing blur the far objects. I am using mobile and laptop a lot for reading/studying and after a prolonged use my eyes started pain become blur and started headache. This problem starts after I started using mobile/laptop a lot from last year. Till now I am not using spectacle and I don't want to use spectacle too. Is there any remedy or medicine for this problem. Can I recover my sight as before. What should I do?

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of dryness Try A.cold compresses B use lubricating eyedrop frequently For near sightedness.. Lasik is a very good option for this
