Hello Doctor I have done ECG and in the report it says Poor R wave progression(v3,v4,v5) . Is it serious concern? Coule you please review attached ECG report and share me your opinion. Thank you

There are various causes obesity thick chest wall can also cause this apart from cardiac problems
