Polyuria for many years

From many years I'm suffering from polyuria. I have to go to urine every 30 mins. It's a huge volume also. I don't feel thirsty but I have to drink to make up for the lost water. It typically aggravates in cold weather, drinking water or tea or alcohol. No diabetes. What is causing this. I seem to have some fungal thrush. Can upping guide please.
