Hi, I had pneumonia 6 months back. Initially they found Mild left pleural effusion approx 200cc. They took out some part of the fluid from my chest. They told me its TB or cancer. I used to get chest pain n fever, Shortness of breath. Then I consulted another doctor and they said its pneumonia and gave me antibiotics (Ceppod,Dulo). I took it for a week and then I became normal. However I had mucus left which was not severe. After medication they took scan and found less than 50ml fluid left and said nothing to worry about it. Now after 6 months I got cold once and now getting fever which is very mild (99.5) Max. It usually comes at evening and morning will be fine. Took a scan again and now the fluid in my left chest is still same (less than 50ml) and in the right side it's even more less as to negligible. Doctor said immune system is affected. But can it be TB like how initial doctor said but I have no weight loss and it just pricks once in while in chest, no pain. Please suggest
