Hi. Your TMT (treadmill test) is positive for inducible ischemia, which means that there is a high possibility of blockage in one or more of yours heart's blood vessels (which puts you at a risk of heart attack). The next best logical step would be to get an angiography done, which is the only direct confirmatory test to rule out this possibility of blockage. But before this a cardiologist needs to examine you clinically and also see the TMT report personally to assess the need for angiography.
