Your triglyceride level is on the higher side.
Fasting blood sugar also is on the higher side. My opinion is to check your blood
HBA1c, PPBS levels, Renal function tests,
TSH levels (if you havent done recenlty) and also your blood pressure and consult a physician to optimise these parameters.
As for
Triglycerides you can try life style managemnt which includes healthy diet habits and exercise. This along with blood sugar control Blood pressure control and evaluation and management of other abnormalities like that of
thyroid can be tried for 1 to 2 months. If after 2 months triglycerides are still elevated medicines can be started.
Alternatively based on your Family history physical exam BMI Blood pressure etc the physician feels you have an increased risk you may start on medicines straight away.
