I am getting pain right side lungs I did an x-ray tje report is attached pls say me is there any problem and suggest me what is the treatment.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Very insuffiecient history you have provided here. Right side lung pain means where exactly? The xray shows some calcified nodes in the paratracheal region. Thats it. Rest is normal.  Cannot decide on this. Consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
