My annual helath check up report reveals RDW CV 15.4 RDW SD 54.2 fL Lymphocytes 42 Hemoglobin 12.1% MCH 25.4 Is there any concern?

Hello. Well your lymphocyte levels are more which might be ye to viral or parasitic infection . ..And about other parameters I need to see even the haemoglobin and RBC levels to comment about it...It would have been better if you had shared the reports ...Thank you
