Respected doctors, Zincovit or absolut 3G, Which is the multi vitamin for over all wellness? Can multivitamin can be taken for life time if one is a vegetarian. Thanks

Take fruits daily as per availability, take balanced diet, take neurobion forte for b12 defiency for a month in a year if u r vegetarian, daily half an hour sun light exposure, no need to take medication for life time
