Hi. Essentially it's a normal report. As in nothing alarming. There is mild thickening of heart muscle, very mild as per their measurements, which is common in people with hypertension for several years. The heart is also a little stiff. As in pumping is good but relaxation is a little slow(written as grade I diastolic dysfunction) again common in elderly, people with BP issues, thick hearts, obese people. Other al parameters are within acceptable range.
Heart pumping is normal. And there is no evidence of muscle damage due to heart attack.
