I think suffering from pleurisy.. all the symptoms seems to be exactly same... pain in upeer shoulder... rather behind it.. pain while coughing, deep breathing, LYING DOWN ON BED....WALKING... PAIN EVEN NEAR LEFT SHOULDER... began day before.... till yesterday it was across upper chest.. since last morning, it moved to left corner
