Can ultrasound detect and abnormality in the breasts? Or should U go for MRI or Mammograohy? I am 23 years old.

Mammogram is not recommended for women less than 40 yrs age( considering radiation risk, young women have dense breast) . USG is fairly enough. MRI only rarely used in certain conditions
