Hello....  Symtoms are correlated with investigation..  So you must tell the symtoms first..  H You are having slightly increased lwhite blood cells,  and you anemic your hemoglobin ls 10 gram per dl..  That's quite less..  Peripheral smear  test is required..  Cause for anemia need to be evaluated and if it's nutritional you need supplementation.
