Hello Doctor. Yesterday we did heavy cleaning of our house and yesterday it self my son got serious cold his nostril are blocked due to cold and he has mild cough Please help doctor. Is it serious?

It's due to dust allergy... You can give Cetirizine to your son and ask him to take steam inhalation.... For mild cough give home remedy.... Nothing to worry...
