I have itching issue in both eyes and right eye swelled up. I consult with a doctor he is very polite and have a very good knowledge on eyesight. Could anyone help me what is the meaning of subjective section detail in this snapshot what I have attached. As doctor suggest me a spectacles for continuous use.
