Dear Dr I have attached some pictures of part come from mouth when I do pressure try to spit out I got some part which have very bad smell also and I feel smell in breath like same suffering from sinuus problem chronic some liquid try to speat out but some liquid tipe all time go in stomach Please confirm that I have attached pic of part come some time from mouth when I full pressure sucksuceen What is it in pictures is it seriously problem

This is Keratosis of tonsil. It happens in Chronic Tonsillitis when the Tonsillar crypts (spaces) enlarges and food particles enters and stays for long.
