Sir i had fever 1 week ago and lasted for 2 days i have been tested negative for dengue my platelet count was 84000 but after two it reached upto 1.15 lakh but today it went to 1 lakh Why this fluctuation is taking place in my platelet count

You might have had a viral fever that is why your platelet count is gone down.. when you are recovering it has gone up.. drink plenty of fluids..
