What does platelet count of 4.2 lakh and WBC count of 12600 mean. Please let me know what does it mean or it normal range.

The platelet count is in normal range(normal 1.5lakh to 4lakhs) But WBC count is slightly raised ( normal range= 4500 to 11000) Which is indicative of infection in your body it is not explain about any other complaints happening in your body like fever urine infections etc
