Hi I am 34years old and planning for second pregnancy now. During my first pregnancy doctor asked me to take MCBM69 tablet while planning.. Can I take the same tablet now also? If yes what is the good time to take ?

Yes u should. Very important  to take preconceptional to overcome neural tube defects in the baby.
