Vigora is a sildenafil citrate brand and it is prescribed for erectile dysfunction.......It just increases the blood flow to the penis and causes a erection to occur at minimal effort. Thus it may be useful.....The drug is NOT secreted in the semen or any penile secretion, so it will not affect the pregnancy that is formed........sildenafil just helps achieve an erection to enable intra vaginal deposition of the semen.
