Hi, i had sex on April 28 at 11pm and i think the condom broke because I heard a pop sound so i took Plan B the next day on April 29 at 10pm. I ended my last period on April 27th and my flow chart says I start ovulating 7 days from when i took the EC pill. Will Plan B still work 7 days before ovulating? Also i have minor side effects from the pill and all I'm experiencing is pelvic pain from the left side. Is that normal?
Hello...... Emergency contraceptives pills make endometrium unhealthy for implantation and it's will not stop ovulation .. Implantation occurs 6 days after ovulation.. Pill don't work after implantation and one will miss period.. If you had periods with prior unprotected sex then you don't have to worry about it..
