My prolactin level is high 120. LH, TSH, FSH, FT3, FT4 are normal What to do plz tell me is it serious problem or not ... Is it treated with medicine

You need one MRI  pituitary. And stop any other medication which can raise prolactin level like domperidone . You will need some treatment like bromocriptine . Consult a endocrinologist.
