Hi sir my wife is homemaker,she is having some problem in anal area from 5days onwards,we are thinking may be it is pistula,when ever she go to motion she is not sitting comfortable,motions not coming freely,we are applying some cream(dermi5) when ever itching started in anal area,now she is cleaning anal area 3times with hot water, Pls tel me sir what is that what is the solution that dieses,becauae this is starting time, Now she is eating only liquid foods, not a spicy food, Pls mention Ayurveda or homeopathy medicines and diet plan sir
