Pins needle sensation and insomnia

Hi doc ive been having this issue about 3 weeks. I feel like there needles pinching in different areas of my body for 1 to 2 sec and it will be gone. It happens every 30 to 40 sec. And i have insomnia i cant sleep if i didnt drink alcohol. Pls help me im desperate

Alcohol deaddiction needs in person consultation with psychiatrist. Sleep problems are common in people with alcohol dependence. Needle pricking sensation will reduce with treatment as well.Treatment will help you quit alcohol use as well as solve your sleep problems.
