Pins and needles in both legs and feet

I'm not the most physically active person but am currently working on losing weight. I am at 306lbs and have started more physical exercise. I recently played basketball for the first time in a long time and it was constant activity for about an hour. Afterwards I felt tingling in both legs and feet and chalked it up to my body reacting to my non activity. It has continued for 3 days now. I didn't injure myself or have any other issues.

Hello,just drink lots of water,take muscle relaxants for three days and hot fermentation ..
