It's kindly request to please suggest  to me for,i have noticed from one month it's needle pinching pain in my center of hips part  when I little stretching it's needle pain is there, so plz suggest what to do?

It's may be coccigial pain. First do a MRI after then any conclusion.. Homeopathic have good treatment for it..
