Pin point ulcers and erosive pan gastrit
I have diagnosed with pin point ulcers and erosive pan gastritis. In early times I have severe stress and sleeping problems now it ok. And doctor gave 2 weeks hp kit and it finished and then prescribed for ppi and in few weeks I eat and now stopped but pain don't go away it just a small pain and my question is can I manage the ulcers without medicine clear ulcers with food management itself
As the endoscopy has already been done, and you have been diagnosed with multiple tiny ulcers and gastritis, and you have completed all the medication to you will require a repeat or check endoscopy to check for the healing of the ulcer. Otherwise, you have to continue the medication for few more weeks till the mucosal healing happens, so it is better that you consult the same gastroenterologist and make some food changes as well as continue medication’s on their advice.
