I have acne in my scalp and it causes a lot of itching. How should I get rid of it? I do not take a bath regularly, is this why it has developed. I bath once in 3-4 days. Please tell me what should I do.

examination is needed to know if the boils are due to fungal problem or bacterial problem. Examination would be needed to ascertain the cause as that would direct the management accordingly.
