There is a small pimple on my back. It has inflammation and seems to have infection. Its painful. Do I need to get it removed ?? Or can it be treated with medicine ??

Hi You seem to be having a sebaceous cyst. If it gets infected repeatedly you may need to get it out. However it has to be removed surgically. So don't worry about it if it is not painful or doesn't bother you.
