I have a pimple on my chin which seems to be bitten by some unknown insect. It is now scattered on my chin.

It must have started as an insect bite and now it seems infected. I suggest that you visit a dermatologist near you. You will need oral antibiotics for which a prescription is needed. Avoid home remedies because they at times can cause scarring.
