My daughter is 10yrs old. Can we use CLOCIP B (clotrimazole with beclomethasone) cream for the treatment of pimple inside the nose.

Pimple inside the nose is usually a bacterial infection and known as furuncle of the nose. Clocip b cream contains antifungal and steroid combination which can even worsen bacterial infection. So I would suggest not to use this cream
