For last 2 months I am having this problem.so many very small pustules on head.what to do?please suggest.

Greetings.  This could be acne or malassezia folliculitis.  It is best you see a qualified dermatologist near you.  For now You could use a benzoyl peroxide based face wash twice a day and an anti fungal based shampoo twice a Week atleast. Hope this helps.  Warm regards
