I have been having a pimple like thing on my butt crack just where the spinal cord ends for more than 7-8 months i thot it will heal on its own. It heals but never goes away. If i slouch on sofa or if i sir for lo ger duration it emerges again..it is painful nd irritating as well.. Please help.
