I have a sore bump on 1 inch deep of the start of the upper buttock crease and it is hurting a lot... i think i might be due to pilonidial cyst but as such there has been only swelling and redness and light persistent pain everytime i sit or stand .. the pain is maximum when im lying flat while sleeping .. however it vanishes in the morning when i wake up and i tend to sleep on one side so i dont feel that much of a pain ... also i have excessive hair on lower body .. i have read that surgery is the only way to remove it or treat it .. but im having my exams and cannot afford to recuperate after surgery for 3 4 weeks when i have a huge courseload ... so can anyone recommend me any alternative treatment and hygine for this case ... thanks in advance .. i live in kolkata
