I recently had a kshar sutra..surgery for pilonidal sinus .. Is it ok to use betadine for cleaning of wound and dressing.. instead of that Jatyadi oil or Kasasadi oil.. bcoz their is pus in wound and i am getting gud results with the use of betadine instead of those oils and kadhas.. i m worried whether betadine will not cause reoccurrence plz help
