I have hemorrhoids and fissure cut since last 2+ years with constipation. 2/3 times in a year it's occurred. Now from last March i have this repeatedly. Now i am 10 weeks pregnant. Daily having constipation now. Weekly 2/3 times bleeding when Stool passing. Daily i am taking duphalc 15 ml. Fiber food also. No relief. Is this something to worry about? Never did colonoscopy.
