Piles??? Need help

Every 3rd or 4th day... Blood comes out of my tract... There is irritation and it seems when I exert too much pressure then only it is there..I have taken medicine and an ointment as well but there seems to be no help at all. Please suggest. I am taking all the necessary precautions already.

Hello..... Blood comes like spot in hemorrhoids, if it's free flowing blood it could be fissure. Anyhow digital per rectal examination is required to confirm diagnosis... If there is swelling in anus it could be piles. Consult general surgeon in nearest hospital. .........
