Hi I am 14 weeks pregnant and I am having piles ..there is bleeding 2hile passing stool ..sometimes it is heavy sometimes it is light ...is kailash jeevan a safe ointment to apply during pregnancy ? If not what other best ointment I can apply .

please drink lot of water,minimum 3 to 4 litres,fibre rich food like carrots and cucumber. take some laxative syrup duphalac or loozdont strain while passing stools, get a CBC test, if Hb is low consult a surgeon.  if piles are more u can get surgery in pregnancy also, no problem.
